The San Diego Youth Aztecs are looking for dedicated Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the 2026 Fall Season. We are looking to fill multiple positions across all divisions.

- Email Your Request: Send your application details to [email protected].
Your email must include:
- Full Name & Cell Phone Number
- Desired Division (Football or Cheer)
- Coaching Experience: (Youth or High School level)
- Your Philosophy: A short description of why you want to lead, what you bring to the organization, and the culture you plan to build for your team.
**Note: Applicants will undergo a phone screening followed by an in-person interview.
West Coast Conference (WCC) Requirements
Once selected, all coaches must meet the following WCC standards to be officially rostered:
General Requirements
- Age: Head Coaches (21+), Assistant Coaches (18+).
- Approval: All Head Coaches are subject to WCC Board of Directors review.
- Background Check: Must pass WCC Live Scan.
Certifications:
- Mandatory Reporter Training: Complete Training Here (Every 3 years).
- CPR & First Aid: Head Coach and one Assistant must hold a "Live" certification card (Every 2 years).
- Sport-Specific Training
- Football Coaches: Minimum Level-1 USA Football Online Course.
- Cheer Coaches: Must complete the YCADA Course.
