SAN DIEGO YOUTH AZTECS FOOTBALL & CHEER COACHING REQUIREMENTS
All applicants interested in becoming head coaches for football or cheer during the 2024 fall season must submit their request to [email protected] and register as a volunteer though this website. Once selected you will need to complete the WCC requirements below to be officially rostered as a head coach. All assistant coaches are welcomed to email [email protected] to get contact information of selected head coaches.

Short description as to why you like to be a head coach and what will you bring to your team and the organization. Please be detailed in the philosophy you plan to bring as well as any experience coaching at the youth or high school level. All applicants will be phone screened then brought in for in person interviews. We are looking to fill staffs as well as multiple teams in each division.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE - ALL COACHES ROSTERING REQUIREMENTS
- Head Coach applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Head Coaches are subject to review and approval by Board of Directors in WCC league.
- Assistant Coach applicants must be at least 18 years old .
- Head Coaches & one assistant coach must have "live" CPR and First Aid card - (Every 2 Years
- All coaches must complete & pass Live Scan background check. (One time only with WCC)
