San Diego- Looking for a way to get the kids active and onto the field this spring? The local community is invited to a series of free youth football workouts starting this Sunday, March 8th at 10:00 AM.
Whether your athlete is a seasoned veteran or picking up a ball for the first time, these sessions offer the perfect environment to sharpen skills and build confidence.
What to Expect
Designed for youth ages 5 to 14, these workouts bridge the gap between flag and tackle football by focusing on the fundamentals. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, all drills are strictly no-contact.
Participants will focus on:
- Agility and Footwork: Developing speed and coordination.
- Skill Positions: Basic passing, catching, and defensive positioning.
- Teamwork: Building camaraderie with peers in a high-energy setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for parents and players to get to know the coaching staff, ask questions about the upcoming season, and learn about the program’s philosophy on player development and sportsmanship
What to Bring: Athletes should arrive in comfortable athletic gear, bring a water bottle, and wear cleats (preferred) or sturdy athletic shoes.
